I think every garden benefits from having some artistic elements in it, beyond that of the plants themselves that is. Here are a few in this garden. Several are by local artists, one was created here at home from materials from a hardware store and a local garden art supplier, another also built several years ago here, one was found at a local garden give away, one was my brother’s and a couple were my mom’s. They add a unique bit of interest to the garden and sometimes surprise a grin, a chuckle, an intake of breath or a warm feeling of goodwill from a visitor.

Thanks for your comment. It’s a small space but we’ve done all we can to make the most of it. The Art adds a nice touch as it mellows into the garden and ages in place. It feels so good to be in this garden… π
best,
Steve

You’d be amazed how small it really is. Just a small city lot and much of it is the house and lawn. I stole what I’ve gotten from my partner’s volleyball court… lol… just joking.. He loves it too! That’s why I use dwarf plants so much. They make it feel bigger… π
Thanks again for visiting!

Thanks! Art adds a whole other dimension to a garden doesn’t it? Of course you know this all too well… π
